Women's Fitness Program

Starting 3rd February 2025

A month-long program for people looking to get regular physical activity and manage daily stress.

Details:

  • Yoga for managing stress, weight, hormonal disorders like PCOS & Thyroid.

  • Multi-style Yoga practice from Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga.

  • Asana, Pranayama & Meditation for physical & mental well being.

  • Weekly sessions focusing on pelvic health & fertility.

  • Practice pranayama effective for anxiety & insomnia.

  • Learn the use of Yoga Props to level up your practice.

*The fee is non-refundable & non-transferable.

It shall not be adjusted in any other program.

- Get 12 sessions of 1 hour each. - Practice Womb Healing sequence every wednesday. - Surya Namaskar Marathon session - Yoga Styles: Hatha & Ashtanga - Beginner to Intermediate practice. Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday Batch I: 5 pm - 6 pm IST Charges: 2999 INR Total seats: 6 people/batch Classes on 17th and 28th Feb shall be rescheduled to 18th Feb and 3rd Mar respectively. No back up shall be provided
